Cynthia B Hill - Chakras: preheaven and present
As useful as balancing Chakras can be in the present, attending to the formation of those
Chakras invetro can be positively life changing for our clients and ouselves as well.
Balancing chakras is believed to promote overall well-being
by harmonizing the body’s energy centers.
Each of the seven main chakras corresponds to different physical, emotional, and
spiritual aspects of our lives.
• Self awareness • Creativity • Deeper connections with oneself and others
• More harmonious flow of energy • Greater sense of peace • Vitality • Fulfillment
Now imagine what kind of harmony could be achieved by having the
Chakras balanced using our mappings prior to birth!
Imagine the harmony and higher vibration life can offer.
This is a powerful tool that can be implemented quite gently and effectively in your present
Reflexology Session.
Mappings used: Feet, Hands, Ears and Face

Cynthia B Hill
Cynthia Hill began her Reflexology journey in 1987 after experiencing its healing benefits firsthand. She was mentored by a dear woman named Lovell Small and then trained under Dwight Byers.
She discovered the community of North Carolina Reflexology Association (NCRA) and soon after RAA. Her expanded education includes training with
Bill Flocco, Moss Arnold, Lone Sorensen, and Susanne Enzer, among others.
Passionate about Reflexology’s independence, she played a key role in securing its exemption from massage regulation in North Carolina.
She has served with the Delegate Assembly, currently serves as President of NCRA, and works exponentially to expand advanced education in the field.
In 2013, she founded The Academy of Reflective Wellness,
offering a 300-hour certification program and advanced training.
A dedicated advocate for Reflexology, she continues to educate, innovate, and inspire the next generation of practitioners.
Cynthia’s private practice,
Shalom Regel Reflexology, specializes in PTSD, addiction recovery, cancer support, and domestic violence awareness.
