NCRA – The North Carolina Reflexology Association
The NCRA is a nonprofit corporation organized in 2000 to unite Reflexologists for the common benefit of the profession in North Carolina, the nation and the world. Among others, our goals include the initiation of legislation for self regulation, the creation of continuing education opportunities, the support of new research, to give support to the voice of the Reflexology Association of America, to promote credentialing by sponsoring training programs that prepare students for certification by the American Reflexology Certification Board, to educate the public regarding Reflexology and to support and encourage each other in professional evolution.
NCRA Legislation
The North Carolina Reflexology Association is currently resisting the attempts by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and their legal advisors to regulate the reflexology profession as though it were a form of massage, claiming that reflexology is being used as a front for human trafficking operations.
In the nearly 30 year history of ARCB, there has NEVER been an ARCB certificant charged or suspected of involvement in any illicit activity.

Our Mission
Our mission is to unite Professional Reflexologists with a communication network, consider legislative issues, continuing education opportunities as well as to inform the public, friends and benefactors of reflexology about the benefits and scientific research being currently and recently conducted.
