Having been founded in 2000, NCRA celebrates almost 24 years.

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a relaxing, non-invasive,
complementary practice.
Applying specific pressures to reflexes shown on
corresponding micro maps of the body
located on the feet, hands, face and ears,
this therapy brings your body in to balance creating an acceptable ebb and flow
which prompts the body to heal itself.

Our members often have specialized specific training and expertise in Reflexology, a holistic therapy that focuses on specific pressure points on the feet, hands, face and ears. throughout the entire body supporting
natural healing and wellness. You may
